Starting with the April 13 special meeting, the Eanes ISD Board of Trustees will resume limited in-person attendance and limited in-person Open Forum, with safety protocols in place. Meetings will be held at the District Administration Building located at 601 Camp Craft Rd.
Meeting attendees must comply with all required health and safety measures, including a COVID-19 self-screen prior to entry, social distancing and face coverings worn at all times.
As is the current procedure, those wishing to speak during Open Forum are required to sign up prior to the meeting via the online form. Up to the first 30 Open Forum comments will be read aloud during the meeting, either by the submitting individual in-person or district staff. The order of comments allowed will be based on order of online submission. Individuals wishing to read their comments in person will be allowed inside the room one at a time; they will exit the building after addressing the Board. Individual comments have a time limit of three minutes, unless otherwise announced.
Eight individuals will be allowed in the boardroom as audience members during the open session portion of the meeting. These eight individuals will be determined by the order in which they arrive.
Meetings will continue to be livestreamed using the Zoom platform.
