You must provide documentation from your child’s current school indicating there is no discipline record. This may include:
- A screenshot of the discipline record from the student information system, signed and dated by a school employee, or
- A statement on district letterhead from a school administrator.
Eanes ISD also provides a Discipline Verification Form that may be used to request this information from the current school.
