Transfer students from other school districts are accepted based on program availability, available space at campuses, attendance, academic performance, and disciplinary history. Please note that not all students who apply for transfer to Eanes ISD are accepted.
Student transfer acceptance or denial emails will be sent out to parents July 9, 2018.
For the 2018-19 school year, Hill Country Middle School cannot accept new out-of-district transfer applications due to enrollment and space constraints unless for unique programs, such as language immersion. Other elementary schools may also limit accepting new transfer applications in grades 3, 4 and 5 due to capacity concerns. Westlake High School will only accept a limited number of additional out-of-district transfer applications in grades 9 or 10 but is unable to accept new out-of-district transfer applications for grades 11 and 12.
A new transfer is a student who is not currently attending Eanes ISD as a transfer student. Deadline to submit an application for a new transfer is July 1, 2018. You will need to fill out a separate form for each child.
