Everyday Heroes Employee Recognition
Eanes ISD is home to more than 1,100 public educators who serve the community’s children in a variety of ways. From the classrooms to the cafeterias, on buses and on ball fields, these dedicated men and women have helped create a long-standing tradition of excellence. Donations to the Everyday Heroes program are designated for employee recognition initiatives. Sponsorship levels vary.

Campus Involvement
Get involved with your local campus by supporting fun and educational events. From STEAM Days at elementary schools, Fitness programs at middle schools, and Project Graduation for our outgoing seniors to stay safe on graduation night, there are numerous opportunities to provide volunteer hours, in-kind or monetary donations.

Athletics Advertising
Show your spirit and support for the Westlake Chaparrals! Opportunities include stadium/facility advertising, game night sponsorships, football game radio/TV advertising, game program advertising and more.

Eanes Education Foundation (EEF)
EEF’s support from the community and corporate donors provides and sustains district-wide opportu-nities for educational excellence. EEF runs an annual Teacher Fund drive which funds 50-plus teaching positions each year. EEF also provides funding for staff development through the Institute of Excellence. Sponsorship opportunities and levels vary.

Campus Involvement

Volunteer to serve on a district committee. We welcome community participation on a variety of levels. For a list of current committees, click on the left navigation.

Westlake HS Mentorship & Business Incubator Programs
Volunteer with the Mentorship class and/or Business Incubator class at Westlake High School. These courses offer high-achieving students in-depth, hands-on experiences in possible careers or in entrepeneurship. This is your opportunity to share your wisdom, guidance, and advice to a student who is eager to learn.

Programs of Innovation
Volunteer with our Programs of Innovation at Westlake High School. Courses include Engineering, Epicure Academy, Film, Health Science, Robotics and more. This is your opportunity to share your wisdom, guidance, and advice to a student who is eager to learn.

Parent Leadership Organizations (PTO's/Booster Clubs)
Each campus has a parent leadership organization to get involved on a campus level. Booster Clubs are support organizations formed by parents to promote school participation in extracurricular activities or complement a particular student group.

School Safety & Health Advisory Council (SSHAC)
The School Safety and Health Advisory Council (SSHAC) is a group of parents and staff members representing all EISD schools that studies relevant issues regarding the health and well-being of students and makes recommendations to the district.

Join us for student performances from musicals, band and theatre to the many different art curations presented throughout the year.

Senior Gold Card
Are you at least 65 years old and live in the Eanes ISD boundaries? Do you enjoy watching student performances and sporting events? Join our Senior Gold Card Program to get a free ticket to many Eanes ISD events.

Speaker Series
The community is invited and encouraged to attend these information sessions offered on many different topics affecting our children.

Westlake Alumni Association
The Westlake Alumni Association was established to engage and network the strong and unique community of Westlake alumni and faculty.
