Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) - (2019)
The purpose of the Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) is to provide input, guidance and support for district technology initiatives.
Envision Eanes (2021 & 2019)
A formal advisory committee to explore how Eanes ISD can become a greater institution of education and innovation for the next generation, being mindful of student wellness and achievement.
Inclusive Culture (2019)
Community Building Group on Inclusive Culture will be specifically charged to study and identify current practices around inclusion in the areas of disability awareness for schools and community, academics, extra-curricular activities, and parental involvement.
Digital Learning Task Force (DLTF) - (2018 & 2015)
The Digital Learning Task Force will bring a mix of teachers, parents, community members, students, and administrators to discuss a broad spectrum of beliefs on technology use in schools.
Spanish Immersion Task Force
The purpose of the SI Task Force is to study the Spanish Immersion program and challenges that have been identified in an effort to provide direction to the District for future implementation.
GPA (2017)
For months, Trustees and District administrators collected public comment on the proposals, which included conducting surveys, holding four public meetings at both middle schools and Westlake High School, listening to open forum comments at three board meetings and reviewing dozens of emails.
Revenue Generating Task Force (2017)
The Revenue Generation Task Force is a revival of a committee formed several years ago, and will serve as a resource to gather and evaluate revenue opportunities for the District.
Facilities Master Plan (2013)
The Facilities Master Plan Taskforce utilized community input, facility assessment documents, program capacities, demographic reports, and site limitations to propose a 10-year roadmap for the district to plan improvements and ultimately, propose future bonds.
Community Dialogues (2012)
The Eanes community organized a grassroots initiative that brought together all members of our community. The goal of the initiative was to help ensure a promising future for our children by identifying those priorities we believe are most important to help students succeed in the 21st century.
