Strategic Planning
A COMMUNITY. A VISION. OUR FUTURE.
Our schools provide a strong foundation for students, and as student needs and the world they are preparing for continue to evolve, now is the time to build on that success. This strategic planning process brings our community together to define a clear, connected, and meaningful learning experience and align our efforts to make it a reality for every student.
We will engage students, staff, families, and community members in a structured cyclical process to gather input, identify priorities and refine our direction. Through focused collaboration and clear decision points, we will translate that input into a shared vision, values and practices that guide our work moving forward.

- We will identify 3–4 high-yield strategies that will be consistently implemented across all grade levels and content areas to strengthen student learning and engagement.
- We will develop a clear and compelling vision statement that defines the learning experiences we want for every student and the outcomes we are committed to achieving.
- We will define a set of core values that reflect what we believe about students, learning, and the role we play in supporting their success.
- We will establish shared norms that define how we work together as a professional community in service of students.
