Ms. Gracie Lopez
Ms. Lopez is new to the Eanes family and the Child Development Center program. She is an asset to both. She has an amazing calmness about her that helps her quickly establish a strong relationship with all children. In the classroom, she uses creative methods to teach children monitoring their behavior and emotions. Ms. Lopez is also teaching her students to recognize and embrace their differences. She finds the perfect balance between safety, curiosity, and testing limits. In addition to what she is teaching the students, Ms. Lopez also takes time to help parents improve their own skills. Her nomination reads, "Ms. Lopez has demonstrated creativity and innovative learning that is revolutionary in a toddler room setting."

Ms. Mo Gruelich
Ms. Gruelich has been instrumental in creating the new Enrichment Clusters at Barton Creek. She tirelessly and selflessly organized groups, facilitated trainings, supported teachers and students, and put on a wonderful showcase. She has spent countless hours making sure that this innovative program is a model for other elementary schools in our district. Whether it is her monthly think labs, gifted and talented program, or the initiative of the school-wide enrichment program, she puts her whole heart into improving education for all. Her nomination reads, "Ms. Gruelich always offers help to teachers, gives advice when needed, provides empathy in difficult situations, has a positive attitude towards everything, and is the first to recognize and acknowledge others of their hard work.

Ms. Kyndra Bowerman
Ms. Bowerman piloted and implemented a social emotional learning program in her 4th grade classroom. She truly values teaching the whole child and focuses on their emotional well-being in school. She is directly teaching self-regulation, social awareness, empathy, and kindness by using journals, class meetings, and other skill building activities. Her nomination reads, "The children have gained valuable self-awareness due to this program and Ms. Bowerman's dedication to it."

Those who perform an outstanding achievement that brings prestige to Eanes ISD, or do something that goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Ms. Cadie Evans
As a parent volunteer, Ms. Evans went above and beyond to help BCE with the new enrichment clusters. She was instrumental in organizing, facilitating, and helping teachers. She took pictures, shopped for supplies, and lent overall support to this huge undertaking. Her nomination reads, "Ms. Evans always had a smile on her face and a willingness to help anyone who needed it."

Ms. Kimber Prevette
As a teaching assistant, Ms. Prevette goes above and beyond to help the BCE campus run smoothly. She is always willing to help out in any way she can and does so with a smile on her face. She knows every student's name and has built a positive rapport with all students, staff, and parents. Her nomination reads, "Ms. Prevette is the first one to jump in and help with anything that is needed and truly goes above and beyond the call of duty! It is hard to imagine what BCE would be like without her!"
