Helpdesk: Incident IQ

To submit a request for a new iPad app, complete the following steps:

• Login to Incident IQ - https://eanesisd.incidentiq.com/ using the Google SSO option. If prompted enter your Eanes ISD username and password.
• Click on Ticket - New Ticket - Software/Accounts/Curriculum Resources - New iPad App Request
• Submissions will undergo a procurement and instructional use vetting process. Please obtain campus administrator approval before submitting.

To submit a request for new software, complete the following steps:

Members of the community can request to have Wifi access available for an event.  Please click on the link below and enter the details about the event.

Request Wifi for an Event

To submit a request have a YouTube video to be blocked or unblocked for students, complete the following steps:

• Login to Incident IQ - https://eanesisd.incidentiq.com/ using the Google SSO option.  If prompted enter your Eanes ISD username and password.
• Click on Ticket-New Ticket-Wifi/Internet-YouTube Video Approval.  Enter the details of your request and submit to Technology Services.
• After reviewing the request, a member of Technology Services will respond with the result of your request.

Lost or found a district device?  Please complete the form.  Upon receipt of the form a member of Technology Services will contact you.

To submit a request have a website reviewed to be blocked or unblocked complete the following steps:

• Login to Incident IQ - https://eanesisd.incidentiq.com/ using the Google SSO option.  If prompted enter your Eanes ISD username and password.
• Click on Ticket-New Ticket-Network-WiFi/Internet-Website Filtering Request-Block/Unblock.  Enter the details of your request and submit to Technology Services.
• After reviewing the request, a member of Technology Services will respond with the result of your request.
