Special Education

Eanes ISD offers a free and appropriate public education to all children ages 3-21. Services for students who are deaf-blind, visually impaired or auditorily impaired begin at birth.

We are committed to providing every student with a disability an Individualized Education Program (IEP) in the least restrictive environment that addresses the student’s unique needs. We offer a full continuum of services through specially designed instruction in special education or general education with modifications, special education support, supplementary aids and services and related services.

The Ride Ahead

We're excited to host a special screening of The Ride Ahead at Westlake High School on April 3rd at 6:00 PM -- sponsored by the SEE Fund. This PG-rated film is a heartwarming story about resilience, inclusion, and the power of human connection. And for those that have been around awhile, over 10 years ago we screened Including Samuel for the community which was a documentary of this young man as a child with a disability.
