Eanes ISD

Special Education

Eanes ISD offers a free and appropriate public education to all children ages 3-21. Services for students who are deaf-blind, visually impaired or auditorily impaired begin at birth.

We are committed to providing every student with a disability an Individualized Education Program (IEP) in the least restrictive environment that addresses the student’s unique needs. We offer a full continuum of services through specially designed instruction in special education or general education with modifications, special education support, supplementary aids and services and related services.

Our ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) is looking for typically developing children ages 3 ½ to 4 years of age to serve as peer models for the 2022-23 school year. The ECSE classes provide early intervention services for children with disabilities through language-based child-centered activities. Applications are now open and close at 5pm on 2/18/2022.
