General Terms For Purchasing Solicitations and Contracts
These general terms will take precedence over the terms and conditions within the solicitation when they are in conflict unless specific exception is noted within the solicitation. These general terms will also take precedence over any conflicting terms and conditions on any purchase or work orders, invoices, checks, order acknowledgments, forms, or similar commercial documents issued by a vendor unless specific exception is noted and agreed to by the District.

Except as required by state or federal law, district vendors are prohibited from engaging in diversity, equity, and inclusion activities, including assigning diversity, equity, and inclusion duties to any person. Any vendor who intentionally or knowingly engages in or assigns diversity, equity, and inclusion duties to another person will be subject to appropriate discipline and/or contract termination.
