Warehouse & Fixed Assets
The District’s Warehouse Services department provides comprehensive support for supply management, surplus storage, and distribution.
The Supply Warehouse maintains a centralized inventory of disposable goods, which may be requested through warehouse requisitions and delivered directly to District schools and facilities. In addition, the warehouse coordinates the receipt and handling of large shipments, including furniture and equipment, for subsequent distribution to campuses across the District.
What We Do:
- Store and deliver supplies and palletized copy paper to campuses.
- Receive and distribute large shipments, furniture and equipment.
- Manage retired district assets, including surplus and auction sales.
- Provide secure storage and approved disposal of district records.
- Assist campuses and departments with asset transfer/relocation.
