Once the application is submitted it is reviewed by Human Resources to ensure the applicant is qualified. As a part of the employment process, applicants’ references are verified by Human Resources and candidates are also asked to attend a personal interview with a member of the Human Resources staff. Completion of Substitute training and the fingerprinting process are not a guarantee of employment with Eanes ISD. Substitutes will be required to complete an unpaid online training session through Vector Solutions, prior to being considered for employment.
