If you have done the following and are still not receiving messages from a school or the district fill out the form below so we can look into it.

Troubleshooting steps:

  • check your Skylert settings in Family Access are correct
    • email is spelled correctly
    • boxes are checked for that email address
  • check your email spam folder (district messages come from info@eanesisd.net)
