Acceleration Academy
The Acceleration Academy is designed to provide students with flexible options for credit and non-credit acceleration while maintaining high academic expectations and strong connections to Eanes ISD teachers.
Key features include:
- Fully online instruction, allowing students to complete coursework virtually
- Optional In-person testing dates scheduled in June and July; otherwise final exams are completed online
- Direct interaction with Eanes ISD teachers, including live office hours and ongoing support
This program offers students the opportunity to accelerate their learning in a structured, supportive environment while benefiting from the flexibility of online summer instruction. Please note that the courses offered through Eanes ISD Acceleration Academy are not for credit recovery.
Courses
The Acceleration Academy offers a district-approved selection of TEKS-aligned courses, which may include:
- Core academic courses
- Mathematics acceleration courses
- Elective courses
- Other district-approved offerings

Eligibility
Students are eligible to enroll in the Acceleration Academy if they:
- Are currently enrolled in Eanes ISD (grades 6-12)
- Meet all course prerequisite requirements
- Receive approval from their campus counselor or administrator
- Meet all applicable state and district requirements

Summer registration opens: Feb. 23, 2026
Summer registration deadline: April 27, 2026
Summer session A: May 26-June 18, 2026
Summer session B: July 6-July 23, 2026
