Timeline for Student Transfers
2015-16 School Year

January 8, 20152015-16 Transfer Application Fee $75 per student established by Eanes ISD for 2014-15 school year. (see Transfer Application Frequently Asked Questions document for details) 
March 31, 2015 (REVISED on 3/26/15)
  • 2015-16 the Online Transfer Application will be available on Eanes ISD website.
  • Eanes ISD will e-mail the primary parent of all current transfers about the new, on-line transfer renewal application.  The parent will be notified of the application fee and the renewal process
  • Eanes ISD will begin accepting new student transfer applications
April 30, 2015 (tentative)
  • Deadline for all currently attending transfer students to return renewal request applications.

May 22, 2015 Through August 21, 2015

  • Available number of open transfer spots, by campus and grade level, is determined and refined on an ongoing basis.
  • Earliest possible date for acceptance or denial of all transfer requests. Notification will be sent beginning on May 22, 2015 and will continue through August 21, 2015, the Friday before school starts.

July 1, 2015

Deadline for submission of new out of district student transfer request applications. After July 1st applications will only be accepted on a case by case basis with approval from the District Transfers Coordinator.
