Student Information Verification Instructions
Web browser requirements: The minimum browser requirements for running the Skyward Family Access software application include: Internet Explorer 9 or higher, Firefox current version, Safari 5 or higher. EISD does not recommend using iPads or SmartPhones to complete this process. Be sure to turn off your pop-up blocker.

IMPORTANT: The Student Information Verification process will not be final unless:
- Each step is completed;
- You click the “Submit 2024-2025 Student Information Verification for Currently Enrolled Students” button, AND
- You receive an email notification that your process has been completed.
Instructions
Login to Skyward Family Access.
Forgot Password? Click the “Forgot your Login/Password?” link on the Family Access login page. If you do not receive an e-mail from skywardadmin@eanesisd.net please check your Junk and/or Spam filter/folders
If you need to ADD a child/student’s name, enroll via “NEW K-12 Enrollment” on the left navigation in Skyward, otherwise click “Go to 2024-2025 Student Information Verification for Currently Enrolled Students for your child’s name”.
If you have more than one child, this process will need to be completed separately for each of your children attending an EISD campus this upcoming school year. Once you complete verification for one child, you can select your next child’s name (if applicable) from the drop down box at the top under the heading “Family Access”.
Click on each step to review/update/add information. Click “Complete Step # and move on to Step #” for each item. At any point you may go back and edit your data anytime before the deadline. NOTE: The number of steps will vary depending on your child's grade level.
Step 1: Indicate if your currently enrolled child will be attending Eanes ISD for the 2024-2025 school year
After you click step 1, you may find it easier to navigate if you click the "View Full Screen" button.
Step 2: Review/update your selections
Steps 3 a-e: Review/update the information as needed
3a Student Information - Military Connected (review/selection)
3b Family Address – changes need to be made by your child’s campus registrar
3c Family Information – parent/guardian phone & email verification/updates
3d Emergency Information – review/update Physician/Dentist/Hospital information
3e Emergency Contacts – review/add Emergency Contacts
Steps 4-8: Review/update the information as needed
Library Materials Selection: only 6th-12th graders will have this form
Senior Career & Service Days Permission: only 12th graders will have this form
Acknowledgement Statement: (All Grade Levels) Review, eSign and date
Complete 2024-2025 Student Information Verification for Currently Enrolled Students: Click here then SUBMIT
Complete 2024-2025 Student Information Verification...: Review the summary and complete any incomplete steps. Once final, click “Submit 2024-2025 Student Information Verification...” button (see example below). Once submitted you will receive an email confirmation from “skywardadmin@eanesisd.net”.
Edit submitted information
You may make changes to your information at any point before the deadline, March 25, 2024. Click “Mark Student Information Verification as not completed and make changes” to go back into the verification process and make any edits you need to. After you have completed your edits you will need to submit it again.
