Conflict Disclosure Statements

In the 79th regular session of the Texas Legislature, HB 914 was passed to require conflict of interest disclosure forms for school board members and superintendents, as well as vendors. Forms for EISD school officials and vendors are available in the links below. These are updated as additional forms are submitted.
