Mission Statement:

The Eanes Department of Transportation will provide safe, quality, and reliable service for students, staff, and the community through a well-trained and positive staff which will meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Goals:

The overall goal of our bus drivers, bus monitors, and administrative staff is to maintain a work environment that is conducive to achieving this mission. We will always be mindful that our students, parents, and schools are our purpose and we shall conduct our business in a manner that serves them best.

• Goal #1: Stabilize and enhance the driving and dispatch staff to ensure constant high service levels without undue burden on the transportation team.
  

• Goal #2: Provide bus service to all eligible students to and from school and extra-curricular activities with services that meet or exceed the district standards for the transportation team.
• Goal #3: Experience a reduction in accidents.
• Goal #4: Continually improve district-wide maintenance and repair programs for vehicles and equipment.
