Problems accessing my Home folder from Home
During the process of improving internet security, we have noticed an incompatibility bug for users of Internet Explorer 7 on the Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. If you are using Windows Vista running Internet Explorer 7, you may have problems accessing your district folders (MyDrives) remotely from home. A solution/workaround to this problem is provided as follows.
- Open Internet Explorer 7, go to the TOOLS drop down menu
- Select INTERNET OPTIONS
- Select the ADVANCED tab
- Scroll down towards the bottom of the list and click the box to put a check mark next to "Use SSL 2.0"
Please make sure that all Pop-up Blockers are turned off as they can block these applications also.
