I can't access my Webmail or Home folder from Home

During the process of improving internet security, we have noticed an incompatibility bug for users of Internet Explorer 7 on the Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. If you are using Windows Vista running Internet Explorer 7, you may have problems accessing EISD WebMail and getting to your district folders (MyDrives) remotely from home. A solution/workaround to this problem is provided as follows.

1. Open Internet Explorer 7, go to the TOOLS drop down menu
2. Select INTERNET OPTIONS
3. Select the ADVANCED tab
4. Scroll down towards the bottom of the list and click the box to put a check mark next to "Use SSL 2.0"

Please make sure that all Pop-up Blockers are turned off as they can block these applications also.
