Requirements
Applications must be complete and all requirements included when submitting your substitute application. Incomplete applications will not be processed or accepted.

Payroll Information Form, W-4 Form, Public Access Form, I-9 Form, Premier Plan Form, Social Security Recognition Form, Confidentiality Form, Criminal Record Check Form

Negative Tuberculosis Test administered within the last 12 months

You will be required to attend a substitute orientation before you begin substitute teaching.
Substitute Orientation
You will be scheduled for the next available substitute orientation when your completed application is submitted.
Location: Central Administration Building

Substitute Pay
Eanes Independent School District pays the substitute teacher, teacher's assistant and clerical personnel on the following schedule:
All Substitute Positions - $90 per day

How long is the substitute orientation?
The substitute orientation generally lasts 1-1 1/2 hours.
Do I need to call and schedule to attend a substitute orientation?
No, when your completed substitute application is submitted you will be scheduled to attend the next available substitute orientation.
Does my application have to be complete in order to attend a substitute orientation?
Yes. Completed applications must be submitted for an orientation to be scheduled.
Can my application be turned in at the substitute orientation?
No.
