Bond Oversight Committee

The Eanes ISD Board of Trustees selected nine members and three alternates to the District’s Bond Oversight Committee (BOC), forming the first such committee in the District’s history. Ms. Vilma Luna will serve as Chair.

The BOC will monitor the progress of bond projects authorized by Eanes ISD voters on May 14, 2011. Creation of the committee was approved by the Board of Trustees to ensure the effective and efficient use of bond proceeds. The committee will provide feedback to staff, review progress reports and report twice annually to the Board. The first meeting was August 18, with quarterly meetings planned in the future.
